The definition of wellbeing is ‘the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy’. So having a good emotional and physical wellbeing is something that we can all aim for, to improve all aspects of our lives.
At Step Forward, our wellbeing services offer support for physical, emotional and mental wellbeing as well as for identity, social and relationship issues.
This can be as part of counselling and personal development sessions; screening, advice and information at the Forward Thinking clinic; and one-off group sessions and activities based around themes such as Mindfulness, Healthy Eating and Art Therapy.
